Stuck in the same argument? Get a calm, outside view

Every couple hits patches where talking only makes things worse. A relationship coach gives you a calm outside view and practical ideas for communicating, setting boundaries and deciding what you want.

What a relationship coach is for

A coach helps you look at a situation clearly and decide on your next step. That might mean finding words for a hard conversation, spotting a pattern you keep repeating, or working out which things are worth compromising on and which are not. A coach does not take sides and will not tell you what your partner is thinking.

Coaching on Soulviera is offered for guidance and reflection. It is not counselling, therapy or legal advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Questions people bring

How do I bring up something that hurt me without starting a fight? How do I handle in-laws and family expectations? We are growing apart, is it fixable? Can I trust again after a lie? You can talk about whatever is on your mind. Conversations are private and calls are never recorded.

Before you talk to a coach

It helps to know the one thing you most want to leave the conversation with: a script for a conversation, a decision, or simply a clearer head. If there is violence, threats or fear in your relationship, please contact the police on 112 or a local support service first. Your safety matters more than any advice.

Common questions

No. You can talk about your relationship on your own. Many people find it easier to think clearly before they speak to their partner.

Yes. Relationship, marriage and intimacy topics are for people aged 18 or over.

A good coach helps you weigh your options and decide for yourself. The decision stays yours.
