1. What a dating plan is
A dating plan is an optional, paid upgrade for the 18+ dating space. It sets how many match requests you can send in a month and whether chat and audio calls with your matches are included and at what price.
- Every member has a free plan. Paid plans are shown with their price, length in days and what they include before you buy.
- A plan is for you only and cannot be transferred or shared.
2. How you pay
- On Android you pay through Google Play's payment screen, which lets you choose between Google Play billing and Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). On iPhone you pay through the App Store.
- Plans are not paid from your wallet. Wallet balance is never used for a plan, and a plan never adds money to your wallet.
- The price shown includes any tax the store or Razorpay applies.
3. Duration and renewal
- A plan is a one-time purchase for a fixed number of days. It does not renew automatically and we never charge you again without your action.
- When it ends, you return to the free plan. To continue, buy a plan again.
- If you buy a plan while one is still active, the new days are added to the end of it.
- Your monthly match-request count restarts each month.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Because a plan is not a recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends on its end date.
- Refunds follow the store or payment provider you bought through. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the plan's days are taken off.
- A purchase that was charged but did not activate will be activated or refunded: contact info@soulviera.com with the payment reference.
- Plans are not refunded because you changed your mind after using the features, or because you were removed for breaking the rules.
5. Plan features and fair use
- Calls with matches that are not free are charged per minute from your wallet at the rate of your plan, and the first 15 seconds are free.
- Chat with a match is free where your plan includes it.
- We may change prices or features for future purchases. A plan you have already bought keeps what it showed when you bought it until it ends.
- A plan does not guarantee matches, replies or any outcome.
