If a call rings for about 30 seconds (or a chat request waits for a minute) and nobody answers, the request simply ends, you are not charged, and you can try another available listener.

No. Listeners are peers and wellness-minded people who listen kindly, and they can't diagnose or treat anything. Coaches and astrologers offer guidance and reflection, not medical, legal or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Yes. The app is free to download. You can browse verified listener profiles, explore topics, and connect whenever you are ready.

Yes, if you are 18 or over. Our coaches and counsellors offer private, respectful guidance on relationships, marriage, separation and intimacy, including sexual wellness. Conversations stay confidential and are never recorded, and we keep them respectful and non-explicit. Explicit requests or solicitation are not allowed.
