Here is what joining as a listener looks like, step by step.
Download the listener app
Sign up with your mobile number, confirm it with a code and accept the listener agreement.
Listeners use their own app, separate from the one members use.

What you'll need
Every profile is reviewed by our team before it goes live, so it helps to have these ready.
You are 18 or over
At least two clear gallery photos, plus your profile photo
A short, kind bio. Coaches and astrologers: mention your training or certification
A bank account in your name for payouts
Earnings & Payouts
Valued fairly for the time you give
Clear tracking for every consultation. Full transparency into your sessions.
- You're compensated fairly for every consultation and conversation you hold.
- Earnings are credited to your account automatically when each session ends.
- Request a payout once your withdrawable balance reaches the minimum. It goes to your verified bank account after approval.
- Every session appears in your history with its order id and session details.
Platform guidelines, minimum payout amounts and terms are shown in the listener app and the Listener Agreement.

Questions from new experts
Anyone aged 18 or over who is a patient, kind listener, a certified life coach or an astrologer. You'll add a profile with photos and a short bio about your experience, and our team reviews it before you go live.
You have complete control over your schedule. Turn services on when you're free, and turn them off when you're busy or away. Requests only reach you when you're marked online.
Always. Chat, audio, video and date proposals each have their own switch. When they're all off, you're offline and nobody can reach you.
You can end a session at any time, block the person, and report them to our support team.
