What coaching is, and what it is not
Coaching is a forward-looking conversation. A coach asks questions that help you clarify what you want, offers frameworks for decisions and encourages you to commit to a small first step. It is different from therapy, which looks at emotional health and the past, and different from consulting, where someone tells you what to do.
Coaching on Soulviera is offered for guidance and reflection. It does not replace medical, legal or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
What people talk to coaches about
Career change, interview nerves, difficult managers, exam stress, procrastination, building confidence and speaking up, planning a big move, or simply working out what you want from the next year. You can bring a vague feeling as well as a clear question.
Getting the most out of a session
Start by saying what you would like to walk away with. Be honest about what you have already tried. Ask for one concrete next step, and do it within a day or two while it is fresh. You can book another conversation to review how it went.
